Ingredients:

素馨花 Spanish jasmine: Spanish jasmine has been known for its aromatic blossoms throughout Chinese history, it is used to perfume the herbal mix.  

玳玳花 Bitter orange blossom: Bitter orange blossoms have a calming fragrance and reduces pain and discomfort caused by menstruation. 

茺蔚子Motherwort seed: Motherwort seed help in regulating menstruation (經), promoting blood circulation (活血), draining blood stagnation (瘀血) and nourishment of the yin (滋陰).

路路通 Formosan gum: ​​Formosan gum is used to treat irregular menstruation cycles (調經) as well as bloating and amenorrhea (經閉). Its can also be used massage acupoints on the foot. 

蘇木 Sappan wood: Sappan wood is known to regulate menstruation cycles and reduce abdominal pain.
